We coordinate the temporary disconnect with the utility, install a properly sized and clearly labelled panel, upgrade grounding and bonding to current code, and arrange the ESA inspection. Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels are widely recognized failure risks: their breakers can fail to trip during a fault, leaving the circuit unprotected.
